We are Bill and Rhonda Adams, the owners of GoatLab Brewery as well as The Grove Comedy Club next door. As owners of the The Grove since 2016, when the building next door became available we knew it would be an excellent spot to bring in AMAZING Lowell, AR made beer. Bill was born in Germany and once into adulthood fell in love with German style beers. He began brewing at home and knew one day he wanted to own and manage a brewery. He and our son Collin traveled to Germany, meeting with brewers and learning all about how premium quality German beer is made (obviously there was plenty of necessary tasting in order to perfectly currate these at home!). They brought their knowledge back home and have been brewing excellent (near to perfect German representations if we do say so ourselves) beers since March of 2022. Our family is so grateful to make this dream a reality and create lasting relationships within our community. We look forward to seeing you soon!
